Colonel Noe has worked in the field of education for 45 years. He served 24 years in the Air Force, where he was a command pilot with over 6,000 flying hours. After serving as a teacher and an administrator in traditional public-school districts, Cheri became Deputy Superintendent in the Kansas City Missouri School District. She then served in top school leadership positions in the charter sector in Kansas City and was the founding principal/superintendent of University Academy. Helen has been working in the charter schools arena for over two decades. She taught at a classical school before founding and leading the second school in the Great Hearts classical-school network.
